Refund policy

At myneonup, we take pride in crafting personalized sign light decor that brings your ideas to life. Every piece is made to order with care, which is why our return and refund policy is designed to balance flexibility and fairness.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may request to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order enters production and can no longer be changed.

  • Shipping address updates are allowed until your order ships, usually within 3–5 business days.


Returns & Exchanges

Because most of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size/color/design selected

  • Personal preference

However, we’re here to help if there’s a real issue. You can request a replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving your item if:

  • The item is damaged during shipping

  • You received the wrong item, size, or design

  • There is a clear quality defect or production error

Include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and the shipping label.

Replacements

  • If the damage is minor or isolated, we may send replacement parts instead of a full item.

  • In the case of major shipping damage, we’ll send a full free replacement once we receive photo proof.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued after review and approval of the return request.

  • A restocking/admin fee (up to 50%) may apply for partial refunds, particularly on customized items.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note: All returned items must be in original condition and packaged in the original packaging. If an item is damaged during the return due to improper packaging, we may not be able to process a refund or exchange.
